Cropim is the world’s premier mobile application offering on-demand drone-based agricultural services. It enables users to schedule tasks like pesticide spraying, fertilization, and seeding using drones, providing a reliable, efficient, and cost-effective farming solution.
How can I book a service on Cropim?
Booking a service on Cropim is simple. Just select the service you require, pick a drone service provider based on ratings and reviews, and schedule a time. You will receive a confirmation, and the service provider will visit your field to carry out the task.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, Cropim offers flexible cancellation options. Both farmers and service providers can easily cancel their reservations if plans change.
Are there reviews and ratings for the drone service providers?
Absolutely, Cropim features a comprehensive review and rating system. This allows users to share their experiences and select high-quality drone operators based on previous user feedback.
Can I make payments with Agricultural Credit Cards on Cropim?
You can make payments with agricultural cards of all banks on Cropim.
Is there a fee for signing into Cropim?
No, there will be no additional service charge for our users who make reservations through Cropim.
How does Cropim ensure the security of users' credit card information and payment transactions?
All our payment solutions are protected with the industry's most reliable practices and standards like SSL, 3D Secure, and PCI-DSS. Additionally, all transactions are monitored by an Anti-Fraud module. Cropim's partner institution is authorized by the Central Bank of Turkey to issue electronic money under Law No. 6493 on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services, and Electronic Money Institutions.
How does Cropim contribute to sustainability and reducing climate impact?
Cropim contributes to sustainability by optimizing resource usage and reducing waste. The use of drones for agricultural tasks minimizes the amount of water and chemicals used, thereby reducing environmental impact. Moreover, drones can perform tasks quickly and efficiently, reducing the carbon footprint compared to traditional farming machinery.
Cancellation and Refund Rules
When can I cancel my reservation?
Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 3 days before the reservation date. For example, if your reservation is for December 13th, Friday, you can cancel it by midnight of December 9th, Tuesday.
Can I cancel if there are less than 3 days left until my reservation date?
Yes, but in this case, your cancellation request is not automatically approved. It is sent to a moderator and evaluated based on your situation.
What happens when my cancellation request goes to a moderator?
The moderator reviews your cancellation request and assesses whether there is a valid reason. If there is a valid reason (e.g., bad weather conditions), your cancellation is approved, and your payment is refunded.
When will I get my refund if I cancel?
After your cancellation request is approved, your refund is typically processed within 5-10 business days to the card used for payment.
For Sprayers
Do drone operators on Cropim need to be business owners? If not, is there any required information/document for individual sellers?
Drone operators on Cropim do not need to be business owners. They can be:
· Individuals
· Sole Proprietorships
· Limited or Joint Stock Companies.
What is the commission rate between Cropim and drone operators?
For every successful reservation made by Cropim users, a 10% commission is charged on the payment made to the drone operators. For example, if a user pays $1,000 for a service, the drone operator receives $900, and Cropim receives a $100 commission.
Why should I pay a 10% commission to Cropim?
The services we provide at Cropim, such as extensive customer reach, advanced reservation system, and strong marketing support, offer significant advantages to drone operators. To continuously provide these services in a high-quality manner, we charge a 10% commission on each reservation to cover expenses like software development, payment services, system maintenance, marketing, and operational costs. This commission contributes to expanding your business by increasing your customer base and continually improving our platform.
How will being on Cropim affect my sales?
Cropim can increase your potential customer base and hence your sales by providing direct access to your target audience. It also enhances customer experience through easy reservation and payment processes, helping you gain loyal customers.
How will drone operators receive payments?
Drone operators are required to provide their IBAN information when registering with Cropim. The payment transfer occurs after the completion of the service and the deduction of the Cropim commission.
When will drone operators receive payments?
Payments for services provided by our drone operators are transferred to their IBAN accounts on the first working day after 7 days. If the payment day falls on a public holiday, the transfer will be made on the following working day.
How does billing work on Cropim?
Our drone operators issue the invoice for the reservation to our users. Cropim then issues an invoice for the commission to the drone operator.
Can I mark the days I don't want to fly on the calendar?
You can mark the days you don't want to fly on your flight calendar. This will prevent reservations from being made for those days. In addition, our system will automatically mark the days of your flight as busy. This will also prevent reservations from being made for the days of your flight.
Drone Operator Rating System
How can I earn points for flights on Cropim?
You earn +1 point for every successful flight on Cropim. Additionally, you receive an extra +1 point for each 3-star or higher rating from customers.
How does the customer review scoring system work?
Customer reviews affect your scoring. You earn +1 point for a 3-star or higher rating, your score remains unchanged (0 points) for a 2-star rating, and you lose -1 point for a 1-star rating.
What are the consequences of low scores?
If your total score is low due to evaluations, it can negatively affect your business profile and customer requests. Low scores can diminish customers' trust in you.
What happens if I don’t show up for a scheduled flight?
If you fail to show up for your scheduled flight twice, you will be removed from the Cropim system. This is a critical criterion for reliability and service quality.
How are my scores and reviews processed in the system
Your points and customer reviews are automatically processed in the Cropim system. This information is visible on your profile and can affect customers’ trust and preferences.
How can I get more reservations on Cropim?
- Price Optimization: Keeping your prices competitive helps attract customers to your services. Research competitor drone service prices and set a price that reflects your service quality. Special discounts and promotions can also attract customers.
- Increasing Service Areas: Expanding your service areas helps reach more customers. Broaden your service network and potential customer base by expanding to different regions.
- Points and User Reviews: High scores and positive user reviews build new customers' trust in you. Focus on increasing customer satisfaction, ask for reviews after each flight, and professionally respond to negative reviews. A good reputation helps you get more reservations.
